Manufacturing Systems Engineer (MES / Digital Manufacturing)

ABOUT THE JOB

• Manage and support shopfloor applications within a manufacturing environment
• Evaluate user experience and identify gaps, inefficiencies, or areas for improvement
• Drive implementation of enhancements and digital solutions for shopfloor operations
• Lead and support change management activities related to system or process improvements
• Assess different technical solutions and provide recommendations based on business needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration across shopfloor systems
• Continuously improve processes by enhancing system connectivity and digitalization across shopfloor workflows

ABOUT YOU

• Experience in application management for shopfloor environments (4-6 years)
• Strong understanding of shopfloor systems and workflows
• Experience in user experience evaluation and process improvement
• Hands-on experience in implementation and change management
• Ability to analyze multiple solutions and provide structured recommendations
• Exposure to digital transformation initiatives within manufacturing settings is a plus
• English fluent. Other languages are a plus
• You demonstrate strong stakeholder management and communication skills
