THE COMPANY
Our Client is a renowned organisation in the Pharmaceutical manufacturing industry with a strong presence globally. They are currently looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a bigger team as part of their expansion plans within the region.
THE ROLE
The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for:
- Supervise and coordinate shift activities for manufacturing personnel to ensure efficient and compliant operations.
- Ensure adherence to cGMP, SOPs, safety, and environmental guidelines.
- Monitor production metrics (yield, throughput, downtime) and proactively resolve issues.
- Lead and support deviation investigations, CAPAs, and change control processes.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- 5-7years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, FDA, and other regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency with manufacturing systems (MES, ERP) and electronic documentation.
