Manufacturing Station in Malaysia - Global IT Service Desk & Access Management Analyst

Location: Johor Bahru or Penang, Malaysia

Gross Salary: RM 4,000 - 10,000 ( Depends on Experience and Working Skill )

Job Type: Full-time

Employment Type: Full-Time, 2 Shifts (7:00am - 4:00pm / 3:00pm - 12:00am)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented IT Service Desk & Access Management Analyst to strengthen our IT Operations team. This role blends frontline technical support with identity and access management responsibilities, ensuring end-users receive reliable assistance while safeguarding access to enterprise applications-particularly in Oracle environments.

Key Responsibilities

Service Desk Support

  • Act as the first and second line of support for incidents and service requests, covering hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Record, track, and resolve tickets in the ITSM platform while maintaining clear documentation
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Provide both remote and onsite assistance for end-user devices, applications, and system access

Access Management

  • Manage user access requests including creation, modification, and deactivation across Oracle and enterprise platforms
  • Administer access roles and permissions in Oracle Fusion and related modules (OTM/GTM, RFSmart, CPQ, OFS, OIC, OCI, Vertex, and DAS)
  • Assign licenses and monitor usage within Fusion to ensure compliance and cost efficiency
  • Configure Procurement Agents, Resources, and Field Technicians in Oracle environments
  • Support implementation of Risk Management modules in Fusion
  • Ensure compliance with Segregation of Duties (SoD) requirements and conduct periodic access reviews
  • Support audits by providing documentation and evidence of access controls

Qualifications & Experience

Required

  • 3+ years experience in IT support, service desk operations, or ERP access management (Oracle, SAP, or similar ERP systems)
  • Familiarity with ITIL concepts and service ticketing platforms
  • Ability to troubleshoot and prioritize technical issues efficiently
  • Strong communication, documentation, and customer service skills

Preferred

  • Relevant certifications: ITIL Foundation, CompTIA Security+, or Oracle Certified Associate (OCA)
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP modules (Fusion, OTM/GTM, RFSmart, CPQ, OFS, OIC, OCI, Vertex, DAS)
  • Knowledge of audit and compliance standards such as ITGC, SoD, SOX, or ISO 27001
  • Exposure to Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) tools and workflows
  • Basic proficiency with automation/scripting (PowerShell, Python)
  • Familiarity with SQL, BI Publisher, or Oracle reporting tools
