MANUFACTURING Production Planner HJN

Duties:

• Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demands and delivery timelines.

• Monitor material availability, inventory levels, and production requirements to ensure smooth operations.

• Coordinate with production, procurement, warehouse, and supply chain teams to support planning activities

• Track production progress and follow up on delays, material shortages, and scheduling changes.

• Maintain accurate planning records, production schedules, and inventory data in the system.

• Assist in material requirements planning (MRP) and inventory replenishment activities.

• Identify potential supply or production issues and support timely resolution.

• Prepare planning reports and provide updates on production status, material availability, and delivery schedules.

Requirements

• Min Diploma/ Degree or relevant qualifications in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Manufacturing, or a related field.

• Prior experience in production planning, material planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operations is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel experience with ERP/MRP/ SAP systems is preferred.
