Job Title: Manufacturing Production Operator

Location: Tuas, Singapore
Schedule: 4-Day Work Week (Rotating Shifts, Average 15 shifts/month)

The Shift Schedule:

• Day Shift: 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM

• Night Shift: 7:30 PM - 7:30 AM
  (Rotating shifts apply)

Your Daily Responsibilities:

• Operate Equipment: Manage and monitor automated production lines to ensure continuous, efficient output.

• Handle Materials: Perform material loading/unloading, execute tooling changes, and conduct routine equipment checks.

• Maintain Quality: Inspect finished battery products against strict quality standards to identify and report defects.

• Record Data: Accurately document production data, including output counts and equipment performance logs.

• Troubleshoot: Collaborate with the team to resolve basic process issues and minimize downtime.

What You'll Earn:

• Monthly Salary: $2,700 - $3,300 (Inclusive of built-in overtime and shift allowances)

• Shift Allowance:

  • Day Shift: Up to $15 per day

  • Night Shift: Up to $25 per day

• Annual Bonus:

  • 13th Month Pay (AWS)

  • Performance Bonus (Up to 2 months of salary)
