MANUFACTURING PRODUCTION MANAGER

• Works with general workers, assisting in running production line
• Manages and oversees daily work
• Supervising and training employees
• Implementing processes to reduce costs
• Analyzing and reporting on performance
• Oversee efficiency of operational processes
• Analyze business requirements and customer needs
• Research methods to improve operations and reduce costs
• Provide administrative support (e.g. updating inventory)
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Excellent project management skills
• Team leadership

Requirements:

At least 2 years of work experience in related field

Able to work on weekends & Public Holidays

Physically fit and able to carry heavy goods when required

Previous experience as an Manufacturing Supervisor in textile industry or similar role is an advantage
