Job Summary:
We're looking for someone who can bridge operations and customer service-someone comfortable on the production floor and confident speaking with clients. In this role, you'll be supporting our customers, supervising production operators, and ensuring the day-to-day manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support & Sales:
. Act as the main point of contact for clients in the service and retail industries
. Manage client accounts and ensure timely follow-ups and order updates
. Work closely with the sales team to maintain customer satisfaction and service excellence
. Handle any issues or inquiries from customers in a professional and prompt manner
. Support customers on-site for product training
. Supporting to meet the Sales team Sales Performance KPI
Operations & Manufacturing:
. Supervise daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets and quality standards are met
. Work alongside the team to streamline production processes and troubleshoot any operational issues
. Support the filing process of the production process
. Ensure the production area is compliant with GMP regulations, health, safety, and company standards
. Oversee inventory and materials management in coordination with procurement team
Team Leadership:
. Lead and motivate a small team of production operators
. Assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and provide on-the-job guidance and training
. Collaborate with upper management to improve team productivity and workplace culture
Requirements:
. Prior experience in a manufacturing environment with a mix of sales or customer service exposure
. Proven supervisory or leadership experience is a must
. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships professionally
. Organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
. Able to work on Public Holidays, weekends and night-shifts (from 10pm - 10am)
