Job Description

Duties:

Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demands and delivery timelines.
Monitor material availability, inventory levels, and production requirements to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate with production, procurement, warehouse, and supply chain teams to support planning activities.
Track production progress and follow up on delays, material shortages, and scheduling changes.
Maintain accurate planning records, production schedules, and inventory data in the system.
Assist in material requirements planning (MRP) and inventory replenishment activities.
Identify potential supply or production issues and support timely resolution.
Prepare planning reports and provide updates on production status, material availability, and delivery schedules.

Min Diploma/ Degree or relevant qualifications in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Manufacturing, or a related field.
Prior experience in production planning, material planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operations is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel experience with ERP/MRP/ SAP systems is preferred.
