Manufacturing Manager
Singapore | Global Biotechnology Organisation
We're looking for a Manufacturing Manager to join our growing team in Singapore, supporting the delivery of high‑quality manufacturing operations across global sites.
This is a hands‑on role where you'll work closely with internal teams and Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMOs) to ensure processes run smoothly, issues are resolved quickly, and products are delivered to the highest standards.
What you'll be doing
- Support and oversee day‑to‑day manufacturing operations with CMO partners
- Troubleshoot process issues alongside engineers and cross‑functional teams
- Ensure compliance with GMP, quality, and regulatory requirements
- Support deviations, investigations (OOS), and change control activities
- Contribute to technology transfer and process improvements
- Partner with internal stakeholders across Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering
- Monitor timelines, track progress, and escalate risks where needed
What we're looking for
- Degree in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years experience in pharma/biotech manufacturing
- Strong understanding of GMP and regulated environments
- Experience working with CMOs or external manufacturing partners
- Solid problem‑solving, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a global team
Additional requirement
- Incumbent is expected to attend CMO site out of hours approximately once per week on average, depending on operational needs
