Job description
Equipment Operations
- Lead and oversee the daily operations of the assigned production unit
- Manage production unit budget, including operational costs and performance efficiency (e.g., OEE, OLE)
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing cost efficiency, safety, quality, and operational performance in alignment with the Lean program
- Support R&D and Process Engineering in the introduction and industrialization of new products and processes
Standards & Compliance
- Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with relevant standards (e.g., ISO) and internal procedures.
- Uphold Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations by collaborating closely with site safety representatives
Production Material Preparation
- Oversee the preparation of raw materials for production and finished goods for packing and shipment
- Ensure material supply flow is smooth and timely to minimize operational disruptions and inefficiencies
Job requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or equivalent
- Experience in manufacturing operations experience in continuous improvement or Lean environment is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on operational mindset
- Knowledge of ISO standards, production KPIs (such as OEE/OLE), and HSE compliance preferred
- Ability to work cross-functionally with R&D, Process Engineering, and Supply functions
- Good communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
