Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead and oversee the overall work of the department, ensuring that all tasks within the department's scope are completed efficiently.
- Organize the formulation, revision, supervision, and implementation of management systems for production, equipment, quality, safety, environmental protection, and production reporting.
- Enforce departmental responsibilities and work standards, ensuring all roles follow established procedures.
- Develop departmental work plans, allocate personnel and tasks reasonably, organize materials and equipment, and manage production scheduling and quality control.
- Coordinate and resolve production-related issues, including quality, process, and equipment anomalies analyze and implement improvements report findings to senior management.
- Handle daily administrative and personnel matters, including labor discipline, production reports, attendance, and performance evaluation.
- Conduct regular departmental meetings to review production plan progress and product quality performance.
- Implement and strengthen production safety education, enforce safety regulations and operational procedures, and prevent accidents, fires, equipment damage, or personal injuries.
- Organize 5S management on the production floor, emphasize environmental protection, and ensure safe and efficient production operations.
- Oversee employee training programs to enhance professional skills and departmental performance.
- Comply with and implement all company policies and requirements.
- Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time to meet company objectives.
Job Requirements
- Minimum a Diploma, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related fields.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in production management, with at least 3 years in electrical or related manufacturing supervision.
- Familiar with production management systems, quality control, and safety management practices.
- Strong organizational, planning, and team management skills.
- Capable of analyzing and resolving problems, with strong on-site execution skills.
- Excellent communication skills for effective cross-departmental coordination.
- Experience with 5S, lean manufacturing, or other production management tools is preferred.
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
5.5-day work week (Worked full day on alternate Saturday
