Manufacturing Lead (Startup, East)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations for advanced composite material recovery, including preparation, handling, and analysis of feedstock.
• Implement and refine recovery techniques to ensure cost efficiency and sustainability across the process lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot technical issues promptly, applying corrective actions and process controls to minimize downtime and maintain operational stability.
• Ensure compliance with internal quality benchmarks and regulatory standards for safety and environmental practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation of process parameters, test outcomes, and deviations for traceability.
• Support quality assurance through mechanical and surface property validation of recovered materials.
• Track and evaluate process performance to identify opportunities for efficiency, yield, and cost optimization.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare technical reports and performance summaries for internal review and stakeholder communication.

Skills & Experience

Degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.

3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or optimization roles.

Hands-on experience in industrial or lab environments with a focus on troubleshooting and process improvement.

Familiarity with process control systems, equipment calibration, and automated workflows.

Experience with batch or continuous flow systems for composite material processing.

Knowledge of separation techniques and computational modeling for material interactions.

Background in composites, aerospace, or sustainable manufacturing is advantageous.
