Description

We are looking for a dedicated Manufacturing Intern to assist and work with our engineers and production teams to support factory operations, analyse data, and run process improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Process & Workflow Support: Assist engineers with shopfloor studies, line balancing, and daily production tracking.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect production metrics, build performance dashboards, and track Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Continuous Improvement: Support Lean manufacturing, automation, or digital transformation projects (such as 5S, Kanban, or Smart Lean programs).
  
  

Required Experience And Skills

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint or statistical data software (e.g. Power Bi).
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and good communication to collaborate with operators and engineers.
