About The Role

We're seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Executive to manage production schedules, ensure material and manpower readiness, and support smooth manufacturing operations. You'll work closely with crossfunctional teams, maintain key manufacturing data (BOMs, recipes, material masters), and contribute to process improvements that enhance overall efficiency. This role suits someone organized, analytical, and familiar with manufacturing processes and SAP.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan, and maintain the production schedule.
  • Plan and monitor capacity requirement for production.
  • Coordinate with Production, Procurement, QC and Warehouse teams to ensure availability of raw materials, packaging, and manpower to meet production plans.
  • Collaborate with marketing department on the availability of finished goods for sales orders.
  • Maintain Bill of Material, Master Recipe, Material Master, and manufacturing procedure.
  • Drive continuous improvement in planning processes, scheduling, and overall operational performance.
  • Undertake any other duties or projects assigned to support manufacturing and business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • SAP Knowledge and hands on experience in the MM/PP module.
  • Strong PC and Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes and Production Planning.
  • Familiar with basic GMP or other relevant requirements for pharmaceutical product manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of implementing Six Sigma strategies will be an added advantage.
