Manufacturing Engineer
The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for improving and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and ensure the production of high-quality products. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, implementing process improvements, and utilizing various engineering principles and tools to achieve manufacturing objectives.
Job Description:
. Responsible for Setting up, Testing & Commissioning of Industrial Robotic/ Advanced automated machinery
. Ensure manufacturing processes adhere to safety regulations and industry standards. . Provide hands-on technical support during assembly and final testing on the production floor.
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and R&D, to achieve manufacturing goals.
. Provide technical support to production teams, troubleshoot issues, and develop solutions to minimize downtime and defects.
. Work closely with technicians on machine assembly & Engineering department for design improvements & BOM.
. Implement quality control measures and work on process improvements to meet or exceed product quality standards
. Collaborate with product designers and engineers to ensure that products are designed for efficient and cost-effective manufacturing.
. Comprehend both 2D and 3D engineering drawings, manage and revise of BOM.

Job Requirement:
. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics or a related field
. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Industrial Automation
. Previous experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or a related field, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies.
. Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and knowledge of manufacturing software tools.
. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to apply engineering principles to real-world manufacturing challenges.
. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.
. Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards relevant to the manufacturing industry.
. Self-driven and motivated to continuously learn and grow his/her machine related technical abilities. Able to work under pressure.
. Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
. Good interpersonal and communication skill and ability to interface with all levels of people.
This position is a 1-year contract basis, open for conversion to a permanent position based on satisfactory performance.
