Manufacturing Engineer (Support)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provides leadership to technicians(s) in daily operational functions
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to attain both short and long term Fab automation milestones
• Streamlines control wafer management in bid to support and sustain daily Fab operations
• Collaborates with Production Control & Planning teams for the timely administration of wafer-starts
• Manages development and upkeeping of manufacturing peripherals so as to realize quality excellence towards hardware components
• Spearheads improvement projects pertaining to wafer containers as part of continuous improvement and cost reduction drive
• Cultivates Workplace Safety and 5S mindset in the Fab

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Manufacturing Engineering
• Minimum 1 year of semiconductor fab manufacturing background, fresh graduate with manufacturing engineering education background may apply
• Team leadership experiences is an advantage
• Independent contributor and robust self-starter with a strong inclination towards data-driven methodologies
• Adequate in relating to a varying demographical workforce
• Conversant with MS Windows software
