Job Description

Job responsibilities

  • Assist and support Manufacturing user requests or issues related to CIM
  • Assist CIM Engineers as level 1 support to troubleshoot and solve problem in CIM systems
  • Provide guidance to shift users using of CIM systems

Requirement

  • At least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Engineering or Computer Science discipline or relevant certification
  • At least 2 years of working experience in high technology manufacturing environment related fields
  • A team player with good communication skills and able to work independently
  • Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
