Job Title: Associate Equipment Engineer (Senior Technician)
Job Description & Requirements
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and complex repairs on semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans to minimize equipment downtime.
- Lead maintenance projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Evaluate and recommend new equipment and technologies to enhance process capability and productivity.
- Train and mentor junior technicians, supporting their technical skill development.
- Assist in the development, review, and improvement of equipment maintenance strategies and procedures.
- Collaborate with equipment vendors and suppliers to resolve technical issues and improve equipment support and reliability.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Equipment Technician or Associate Engineer in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex equipment issues.
- Able to work in a cleanroom environment on a 12 hour rotating shift.
- Willing and able to perform overtime as required to support manufacturing operations.
- Diploma, Higher NITEC or NITEC in Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification
