Manufacturing Engineer (Stamping)

Job description

• Support daily stamping production and resolve process issues
• Drive improvements in productivity, quality, and cost
• Partner with QA to address quality issues (QRQC, root cause analysis)
• Transfer new processes/technology into production
• Monitor and achieve KPIs (OEE, scrap, PPM)

Job requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• 2-3 years of experience in stamping or manufacturing environment preferred
• Knowledge of stamping processes, tooling, and Lean methodologies
• Familiar with FMEA, SPC, and problem-solving tools
• Good communication, planning, and organizational skills
• Hands-on, result-oriented, with strong problem-solving ability
