Job Description:
- Responsible for creating manufacturing process sequence, from receipt of raw materials till finished parts shipment.
- In Charge of developing new processes solid modeling and create/update work instructions, in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications.
- Responsible for creating CNC code/program for machining as well as designing toolings, fixtures and gauges.
- In charge of creating special processes such as Heat Treatment, Brazing, EDM, Shotpeening and Welding etc.
- Responsible for conducting pre-production pilot run and training for associates.
- Provide technical support to Production to achieve technical and quality requirements.
- Responsible in liaising with OEM on product requirements, process qualifications and technology development.
- Support continuous improvement projects and Request for Quote (RFQ) proposal development and process
Requirement
- Min Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Aeronautical/Material Engineering
- Min 3 years experience in precision engineering in Manufacturing Environment with competent with CAD software
- Experience in special processes such as Heat Treatment, Brazing, EDM, Shotpeening and Welding will be advantage
