Superform Consulting Pte Ltd is partnering with a well-established multinational company in the semiconductor industry to source for a Manufacturing Engineer. Job Summary
Lead production teams to achieve daily manufacturing targets while ensuring quality, safety, and operational efficiency in a high-tech environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead line leaders and operators to achieve daily production output, quality, productivity, and yield targets
- Conduct daily pass-down meetings to communicate updates and escalate line issues promptly
- Plan and manage manpower, overtime, and consumable resources to optimise production flow
- Enforce compliance with manufacturing and safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment
- Deliver training and coaching to leaders and operators to enhance team performance and skills
- Implement improvement initiatives to reduce human errors and increase operational efficiency
- Maintain discipline and housekeeping standards on the production line to support smooth operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support projects, evaluations, and preventive maintenance activities within the fabrication area
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Science, Production, or IT
- Experience in a high-tech, high-volume manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Willingness to work 12-hour night shifts
Other Information
- Location: Tampines
- Working Days and Hours: 12-hour shifts (4-3-3-4), permanent night shift from 8 pm to 8 am
- Basic Salary: $4,000 to $5,500
- Shift Allowance: Night Shift $30
- Benefits: AWS, Quarterly Bonus, 14 Days Annual Leave, Company Transport
