Manufacturing Engineer

Job Requirements:

. Degree on Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent

. Min 3 years on Semiconductor or Manufacturing Industry

. Hands-on experience with equipment troubleshooting, system testing, and manufacturing tools.

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyse complex systems and problems and develop effective solutions

. Competent in setting up auditing and maintaining accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) throughout the product lifecycle.

. Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) paired with strong written and verbal capabilities for authoring SOPs and technical reports.

. Attention to detail in order to ensure that systems and products meet required standards and specifications.

Job Responsibilities:

. Primarily responsible for managing RFQ and ECOs for both new and existing products

. Create and maintain mFlow, PCP , pFMEA AND Work instructions (WI).

. Perform root-cause analysis on equipment failures during prototype and pilot runs. Establish preventative maintenance ( PM ) protocols

. Support and drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.

. Cross-functional coordination with procurement, BDG, Planner and Buyer and QA.

. Support and oversee FA (First article) builds to ensure compliance with Engineering requirements.
