As a Manufacturing Engineer, you'll play a key role in supporting our Engineering Department to design, implement, and improve systems that ensure reliability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. This is a hands-on role where you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, solve real-world challenges, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that shape the future of our production site.
What You'll Do
Develop and refine assembly processes, while training operators to achieve high-quality standards.
Perform High-Level Assembly (HLA) tasks with precision, leveraging your knowledge of technical drawings and procedures.
Conduct preventive maintenance and maintain accurate records of tools, fixtures, and equipment.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) runs, troubleshoot quality issues, and provide Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA) solutions.
Collect and analyze data to evaluate product performance and recommend improvements.
Coordinate production line reconfigurations, equipment installations, and workstation setups.
Champion safety, compliance, and security policies across all activities. Drive continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives to enhance efficiency. Collaborate and communicate effectively with engineers, operators, and leadership teams.

What We're Looking For
Diploma or higher in Engineering (Mechatronics, Mechanical, or related field).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing or engineering.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to process improvement.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Hands-on knowledge of assembly processes, preventive maintenance, and quality improvement methods.
