Manufacturing Engineer (GRIT Traineeship)

1) Lead and support a manufacturing team of Direct Labour (DL) to manage section daily operations

2) Work with DL leaders to plan out manpower cross training to increase shift deployment flexibility

3) Engage direct reports regularly to feedback on performance as well as understand difficulties faces & identify potential areas for improvement.

4) Daily close collaboration with inter department to maximise tool output and efficiency performance

5) Co work with production control and capacity team to improve section delivery performance

6) Cultivate good 5S and safety mindset in daily work environment

7) Strive for zero miss-operations in all aspect of workscope

Requirements

1) Proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint software. Added advantage with powerbi and automation skillset.

2) Able to identify, handle and resolve constraint issues and work with different stakeholders to resolve them

3) Able to prepare and present daily production indices in daily meeting and highlight key priorities for stakeholders to focus
