Responsibilities

Lead & directa team of Production Specialists to fulfill daily production output & yieldtargets.
Monitor &track WIP, cycle time & constantly maintain production up-time.
Manpower managementin balancing work load.
Provide &present production performance daily report.
Participate incontinuous improvement program by working closely among inter-department toprepare, review and implement operational procedures in accordance to the technicalspecifications, customer's surveillance requirements, and good manufacturing /engineering and to ensure committed schedules are met in a timely and effectivemanner.
Assist QA toperform related research, statistics, investigation and analysis. Implementcorrective and preventive action programs resulted from customer complaints.
Provide adequatetraining to Production Specialists to ensure their operational knowledge andskills are sufficient.
Any other tasks as and whenassigned by the management

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Polytechnic/Universitygraduates are welcome.
Experiencein semiconductor industry area in production line is preferable
