Manufacturing Engineer (Aerospace, Mechanical) #ESY

Job scope:
-Prepare NC programs, including tooling design and selection, for 5-axis milling on materials ranging from Aluminium, Titanium to Inconel 718.

-Probe programming for error proofing, datum setting, dimension check etc.

-Control of machining cycle time within target including all in-machine activities such as probing, machining, appropriate cutter checks etc.

-Control overall costs for machining taking into consideration cycle time and cost of cutters.

-Work with the MRB team for troubleshooting of non-conformance.

Key Requirements:

-Minimum 3 years of experience in 5-axis programming using Mastercam.

-Knowledge of 5-axis Machining, Macro Programs, Error Proofing and Machine Codes

-Knowledge of GD&T

-Frequent travelling may be required for test cut in overseas subsidiaries.
