Ability to analyze manufacturing processes, read technical drawings, understand BOMs, and use a variety of precision testing and measuring Instruments
Must possess strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to support technical issues, set-up experiments, and perform data analysis.
Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, and software components involved in the design and development of mechanical-based and testing, semiconductor inspection equipment or equivalent is a plus.
Perform First Article qualifications for parts and EOL components.
Perform root cause analysis and corrective action for part quality and process failures.
Job Requirements
Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering with 5 or more years of experience in manufacturing.
Ability to develop test benches to diagnose stage technical issues that cause system level failure.
To be able understand the working principle of complex electro-mechanical assemblies on a high precision defect inspection equipment and how they relate to system performance.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to support technical issues, set-up experiments, and perform data analysis.
Good understanding of mechanical components involved in the design and development of mechanical-based and testing, semiconductor inspection equipment or equivalent is a plus.
Experience in semiconductor equipment industry /manufacturing is preferred.
