Lead our end-to-end global capacity strategy-building scalable systems, models, and processes that keep our factories ahead of business growth.
What You Bring
- 10+ years experience in large-scale, global semiconductor manufacturing
- Strong mastery of capacity planning, capacity utilization, and risk mitigation
- Hands-on expertise with SAP IBP / HANA / ECC and SAP IPP
- Strong analytical, statistical, and modelling skills comfortable handling large, complex datasets
- Deep knowledge of capacity & forecasting models, production processes, and cycle times
- Proven ability to communicate, influence, and align across global cross-functional teams
- Solid understanding of factory-side operations challenges and how to support them with sound judgment
- Advanced Excel and strong overall IT systems capability
- BS/MS in Industrial Engineering or related supply chain fields

What You'll Do
- Lead global capacity planning architecture, analytics, and planning processes.
- Standardize factory capacity models with Global AME & IE teams.
- Develop advanced capacity optimization models (linear programming, TOC).
- Maintain accurate capacity data (models, routings, assets, UPH, throughput projects).
- Drive capacity planning inside the S&OP/SIOP cycle to support unconstrained demand.
- Monitor global capacity sufficiency, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Oversee lifecycle management of all manufacturing assets (equipment, tooling, fixtures).
- Partner with factories on capacity expansion programs.
- Optimize capacity, demand loading, and asset allocation across sites.
- Collaborate with IE on long-range labor capacity & headcount modeling.
