Manufacturing Assistant Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

1. At least 3 years in responsible for production scheduling, working orders and recordings.

2. Ensure production activities are carried out properly and efficient utilization of manpower.

3. Train new production staff on proper working methods and production recording.

4. Maintain every record maintenance

5. Everyday target production

6. Order products if require

7. Work closely with Quality Controller to ensure high Quality products are achieved

8. Check production output according to specifications

9. Submit reports on performance and progress

10. Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements

11. Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures

12. Able to work on public holidays and weekends when required
