Manual Tester

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare test cases/test artefacts taking guidance from the functional specifications or user story

• Prepare Requirement Traceability Matrix

• Prepare test data using tools such as SQL scripts

• Execute both manual and automated test scripts

• Analyse test results to predict user behaviour, identify bugs, and suggest solutions to minimise problems

• Document and produce daily test reports

• Coordinate and liaise with Business Analysts and Developers

• Assist business users in performing User Acceptance Test

• Execute automation test cases

• Explore and work with new AI testing tools, applying them to improve test efficiency and coverage

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• 1+ years of experience in software testing

• Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, etc.) and automation tools (e.g., Tosca, Selenium, etc.)

• With experience and Interest in learning and working with emerging AI testing tools

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
