We need a detail-obsessed Manual Tester specialized in Figma to audit high-fidelity banking prototypes. You will ensure design consistency, functional logic, and regulatory compliance before assets move to development.

Core Responsibilities

• Figma Audit: Validate that prototypes match the Bank's Design System (components, tokens, and spacing).

• Flow Validation: Manually test complex banking journeys (KYC, transfers, loan apps) for logical errors or broken links.

• Accessibility (WCAG): Check for color contrast, font sizes, and touch-target compliance required for financial apps.

• Device Testing: Verify responsiveness across mobile (iOS/Android) and desktop views within Figma.

• Bug Reporting: Log design discrepancies and pixel-perfect misses in Jira or Figma comments.

Key Requirements

• Expert Figma User: Deep comfort with Inspect mode, prototyping, and library components.

• Banking Experience: Familiarity with financial UI patterns and error-state logic.

• Precision: Ability to detect 1px misalignments or inconsistent hex codes.

• Agile Ready: Experience working alongside UX Designers and Devs in a sprint-based environment.
