Manual Lathe Operator

Responsibilities:

• Operate manual lathe machines to produce components based on technical drawings or customer specifications.
• Set up and calibrate lathe machines by selecting appropriate tools, setting speeds, and ensuring optimal performance.
• Report any machine issues, defects, or malfunctions to supervisors.
• Ensure that materials are cut with minimal waste and to the highest standards of precision

Requirements:

• Familiar with tools settings
• 2 4 years of experience in machinery lathe/machinery (Not suitable: Production Operators)
• Read and interpret drawings, schematic drawings
• Relevant Certificate
• Able to work under pressure to meet production deadline
