MANPOWER COORDINATOR

. Plan, schedule, and coordinate deployment of workers to construction sites based on project timelines and manpower needs.

. Track daily attendance, working hours, and movement of workers across sites. (liaise with HR)

. Manage and update manpower records and reports regularly (including daily/weekly/monthly reports).

. Coordinate with HR for recruitment, work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations.

. Support worker welfare and handle worker-related issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters.

. Assist in arranging accommodation, transport, and other logistics for workers when required.

. Visits work site or dormitory when needed, including at night if necessary.

. 5-day work week.
