Job Description

The Nail Arcadia Pte Ltd is looking for a skilled and customer-oriented Manicurist & Lash Artist to join our growing salon team.

The successful candidate will provide professional nail and lash services while maintaining high standards of service quality, hygiene and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional manicure and pedicure services
• Perform gel manicure and gel pedicure services
• Nail preparation, shaping, cuticle care and polish/gel application
• Perform basic to advanced nail art according to customers preferences
• Perform professional lash services, including lash extensions and lash lifts
• Conduct proper lash preparation and application while ensuring customer comfort and safety
• Recommend suitable nail and lash services based on customers needs
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and customer service
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and proper sanitation of tools and workstations
• Follow salon SOPs, service procedures and hygiene standards
• Assist with daily salon operations when required
• Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits

Requirements

• Relevant experience as a Manicurist / Nail Technician and Lash Artist
• Good practical knowledge of manicure, pedicure and gel nail services
• Experience in lash extensions and/or lash lift services
• Good nail art skills will be an advantage
• Able to provide neat, professional and consistent workmanship
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Responsible, reliable and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant beauty, nail or lash qualifications/certifications will be an advantage
