Job Summary

You will deliver professional manicure and pedicure services, applying nail art and extensions while maintaining hygiene standards and providing excellent customer care in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional manicure and pedicure services to meet customer expectations
• Shape, polish, apply gel, create nail art, and apply nail extensions accurately and safely
• Recommend suitable nail colors, designs, and services based on customer preferences
• Remove gel polish and artificial nails safely without damaging natural nails
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure safety
• Manage customer appointments efficiently and provide attentive customer service
• Promote nail-care services and products to enhance customer satisfaction and sales
• Collaborate with team members and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in manicure and nail art
• Knowledge of gel manicure, nail extensions, and nail design techniques
• Strong communication and customer service skills to engage clients effectively
• Responsible, patient, and detail-oriented work approach
• Availability to work on weekends and public holidays
