Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional manicures, pedicures, nail shaping, cuticle care, nail art, gel, acrylic, and extensions.
- Advise clients on nail care techniques, product choices, and aftercare.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized workspace in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Keep up with current nail trends, nail arts, techniques, and products.
- Promote and upsell salon services, packages, and retail products. (no hard sales , return visit is prerable)
- Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
- Handle customer concerns or feedback with professionalism.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of salon tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Follow company service standards and contribute to a positive team environment.

- Eyelash extensions (classic, volume, hybrid)
- Eyebrow services (shaping, embroidery, tinting, lamination)

Languages Proefficiency
- English is basic.
- Able to speak in Chinese,Malay and Tamil are bonus
