How this opportunity is different
The Manager, People Risk Management leads the organization's people risk capability in support of the security and enterprise risk management (ERM) programs. This role is responsible for establishing, governing, and continuously improving people risk frameworks, including key risk indicators (KRIs), key performance indicators (KPIs), risk registers, risk roadmaps, and risk reduction workflows across the enterprise.
The role provides strategic oversight of people risk identification and articulation across multiple security portfolios, ensuring alignment to enterprise risk priorities and consistent representation within the enterprise risk register. The Manager, People Risk Management serves as a key advisor to security leaders, senior risk stakeholders, and risk committees, translating people risk into actionable insights that inform decision-making, strengthen organizational resilience, and elevate risk maturity.
This is a people leader role that manages a People Risk Analyst, reporting into the Chief People Safety and Security Services Officer, and operates as part of the Enterprise Risk Management leadership structure.
