Position: Mandarin Quality Assurance (QA) Expert
Type:Contract
Compensation:$30$50/hour
Location:Remote
Duration:23 weeks
Commitment:34 days/week
Role Responsibilities
- Evaluate Mandarin-language healthcare conversations for medical accuracy, clarity, tone, and contextual appropriateness in AI-generated systems.
- Review approximately 100 conversations weekly to ensure quality and effectiveness.
- Provide structured written QA feedback to improve communication quality.
- Identify and flag any linguistic or safety concerns for further analysis.
- Participate in daily end-of-day check-ins to discuss progress and findings.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Native or near-native Mandarin fluency.
- Professional healthcare background (nurse preferred).
- Strong written feedback skills.
- High attention to detail.
