Managing Principal (Insurance)

As a Managing Principal, you will serve as an executive leader overseeing multiple accounts, driving growth, and shaping the strategic direction of NTT Data's consulting practice. You will be accountable for market-making, revenue generation, and thought leadership in the Insurance sector. You'll champion the adoption of AI and digital capabilities to deliver transformative outcomes for clients and the firm.

Key Responsibilities

. Lead client portfolios, ensuring long-term partnerships and sustained business growth.

. Set strategic priorities for practice areas and drive execution of firm-wide initiatives.

. Represent the firm in industry forums, building NTT Data's brand and market presence.

. Mentor senior leaders, foster talent development, and build high-performing, cross-border teams.

. Drive revenue growth through business development, deal shaping, and pricing strategy.

. Oversee the design and execution of AI-enabled transformation programs and digital innovation.

. Ensure compliance, governance, and risk management across all engagements.

. Demonstrate sense-making: shape client agendas, influence C-suite stakeholders, and guide clients through complex transformation journeys.

Required Qualifications

. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.

. 12+ years of consulting or relevant industry experience, with proven leadership in large-scale programs.

. Deep industry expertise and a strong professional network in Insurance sectors.

. Experience managing project P&L drive strategic account growth.

. Experience building and leading cross-border, multi-disciplinary teams capabilities.

Required Experience:

• Relevant experience in the Insurance Industry or management consulting with a specific focus on digital or AI transformation across Operations, Underwriting, Distribution and/or Claims
• Familiar with operational excellence, designing/implementing target operating model, AI use cases and implementation
• Demonstrates a strong grasp of the project lifecycle and effectively applies these principles to process design, system implementation, and the creation of client deliverables
• Business analysis experience in insurance capability uplift and digital ways of working
• Experience working on large scale program initiatives, reporting directly to senior stakeholders and managing multiple teams
