MANAGING DIRECTOR

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate multiple design projects across diverse sites, ensuring high-quality outcomes that align with client goals.
• Manage daily operations of design teams, including planning workflows, allocating resources, and maintaining schedules.
• Develop and execute design strategies that meet client expectations and support organizational objectives.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to design teams, fostering creativity and professional excellence.
• Drive innovation and identify opportunities to enhance design impact and business value.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and adhere to established quality standards.
• Participate in client meetings, project pitches, and presentations to define scope, requirements, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with business development teams to communicate design value and support new opportunities.
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in interior design, with proven experience managing multiple large-scale projects across various sites.
• Strong skills in space planning, conceptual design, presentation development, and design strategy.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience, including mentoring design teams to achieve high-quality outcomes.
• Excellent client engagement, communication, and project pitching abilities.
• Up-to-date knowledge of workplace design trends, materials, technologies, and innovations.
• Advanced qualifications in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields are advantageous.
• Leadership or project management certifications are considered a plus.
