Job Description

  1. Overall Leadership & Management

    • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the company.

    • Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

  2. Strategic Planning

    • Develop and implement short-term and long-term business strategies.

    • Set organizational goals, policies, and performance benchmarks.

  3. Financial Oversight

    • Ensure financial stability and profitability of the company.

    • Approve budgets, monitor expenditures, and review financial reports.

    • Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and audit requirements.

  4. Corporate Governance & Compliance

    • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.
      Act as a key liaison with the Board of Directors, shareholders, and regulators.

      Business Development

      • Identify growth opportunities, partnerships, and new markets.

      • Negotiate and approve major contracts and agreements.

      Human Resource Management

      • Oversee recruitment, performance management, and employee development.

      • Promote a positive workplace culture and ethical business practices.

      Risk Management

      • Identify business risks and implement mitigation strategies.

      • Ensure adequate internal controls and risk management frameworks.

      • Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements.

      • Ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction.

      Representation & Communication

      • Represent the company in external dealings, meetings, and public forums.

      • Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, financial institutions, and stakeholders.

      Decision-Making Authority

      • Take final decisions on major operational, financial, and strategic matters.

      • Delegate authority appropriately while maintaining accountability.
