Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the overall business operations and management of the Singapore office.
- Develop and execute business strategies aligned with company objectives and regional direction.
- Drive business development activities by building strong relationships with developers, clients, consultants, and relevant authorities.
- Represent the company in key business meetings, industry engagements, and strategic partnerships.
- Coordinate closely with overseas headquarters to ensure operational alignment and business reporting.
- Oversee project performance, governance, compliance, and operational efficiency across the organization.
- Guide and mentor the leadership team to support sustainable business growth and organizational development.
Requirements
- Proven experience in architectural design and project management within the architecture industry.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a senior management or executive-level role.
- Registered with the Board of Architects (BOA) Singapore.
- Experience working in a multinational or cross-border business environment will be advantageous.
