Job Summary:
You will be responsible for overseeing the overall management and business operations of the Singapore local entity.
Responsibilities:
- Management & Operations: Lead and oversee the overall management and daily operations of the Singapore entity.
- Strategy Planning & Execution: Develop and execute operational and business strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Business Development: Drive business development by building strong relationships with local developers, partners, and relevant authorities to secure projects.
- Represent the organization in key external engagements and industry networks.
- Coordination with Overseas HQ: Coordinate closely with overseas headquarters to ensure alignment and report on business performance.
- Monitor operational performance, governance, and compliance with local regulations.
Requirements:

- Proven experience in architectural design and project management within the architecture industry.
- Demonstrated senior leadership experience as a Managing Director or in an equivalent executive role.
- Holding a Board of Architects qualification
- Strong strategic planning, execution, and business development capabilities.
[ADVANTAGE]
- Experience working in a multinational or cross-border environment is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Japanese language is an added advantage for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders at the overseas headquarters.
