  • Strengthen and expand the distributor, system integrator and partner network
  • Drive commercial excellence: pricing discipline, pipeline management, tender strategy and forecasting
  • Ensure compliance with governance, HSE and quality standards
  • Represent the cluster to global leadership, aligning local strategy with group priorities

Candidate profile

  • 12+ years in industrial or engineered products, with 5+ years in a country or multi-country general management or senior commercial leadership role in SEA
  • Demonstrated experience selling into data centres and/or microelectronics and semiconductor customers, including working with hyperscalers, colocation providers, fab operators and their EPCs and design consultants
  • Background in water, flow control, pumps, valves, piping, cooling, building services or adjacent sectors
  • Proven record of delivering profitable growth and managing a full P&L
  • Strong grasp of project and channel-led sales, including specification and tender processes
  • Established network across SEA customers, partners and industry stakeholders
  • Ability to lead multi-cultural teams across markets
  • Commercially sharp, hands-on and credible with both technical and C-suite audiences
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or a related field; MBA a plus
  • Willingness to travel within the cluster
