- Build market entry and expansion plans, including channel, distribution, and pricing strategies.
- Lead competitive intelligence and assess emerging technologies, market trends, and regulatory shifts.
2. Commercial Leadership
- Own full regional P&L: revenue delivery, profitability, budget management, and forecasting.
- Develop and lead high-performing commercial teams (sales, marketing, distribution management, key accounts).
- Build strong relationships with hospital groups, clinicians, procurement bodies, distributors, and government health agencies.
- Drive product launches, portfolio optimization, and go-to-market execution.
3. Regulatory & Quality Compliance
- Oversee adherence to all APAC regulatory requirements.
- Ensure ethical business practices aligned with regional and international standards.
4. Operations & Supply Chain
- Partner with global operations to optimize supply continuity, forecasting accuracy, and inventory levels.
- Manage relationships with manufacturing partners, logistics providers, and regional distribution hubs.
- Lead operational efficiency initiatives and cost-optimization efforts.
5. People Leadership
- Build, mentor, and grow a diverse, high-performing APAC leadership team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer focus.
- Provide coaching, succession planning, and talent development across the region.
6. Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary executive representative for APAC with global HQ.
- Provide executive insight on regional risks, opportunities, and business performance.
- Establish strong relationships with medical societies, regulatory bodies, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and industry associations.
