Responsible for leading the firm's investment strategy, investment decision-making, and portfolio management activities. The role serves as a senior investment professional under the VCFM framework, with substantive responsibility for evaluating investment opportunities, executing transactions, and overseeing portfolio performance in accordance with the firm's investment mandate and applicable MAS regulatory requirements.
- Education: Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, or related field Master's (MBA) highly preferred CFA charter valuable.
- Experience: 7-10+ years in investment management, private equity, venture capital, or asset management, with a track record of successful deals.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and mentor staff.
