Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead our Engineering Business Division. The Head of Engineering Business Division will be responsible for overseeing all engineering operations, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. This role requires a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in engineering management, with a proven track record of leadership and innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the engineering division, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Project Oversight: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies, to ensure successful project outcomes and maintain strong relationships.
  • Financial Management: Manage the division's budget, monitor expenditures, and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with engineering projects and operations.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Compliance: Ensure all engineering activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in engineering management, with a strong background in overseeing complex projects and leading large teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and financial performance.
  • In-depth knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and industry standards.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive innovation.
