1. Responsible for company's overall business operations inclusive of administrative and operational support in legal, financial/accounting, HR/General Affairs, QEHS, Internal Control and IT.
2. Fulfills the fiduciary duty to act in the best interests of the Company and maximize the profit of the Company in short term, medium term and long term.
3. Plans, develops and establishes Company's goals and objectives.
4. Formulates business plans and strategies with Directors for future and long term directions.
5. Maintains frequent communications with Company Executives and Board members to advise on strategic issues.
6.Responsible for making a quarterly Group Company Representative's Report that includes the status of required compliance and updated Internal Control activities to Headquarter and Board of Directors.
7. Reviews operational data and financial statements to track the Company's progress and status in reaching objectives.
8. Formulates and Approves Company's Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety Management System's Policies and Objectives.
9. Coordinates with Headquarter to streamline, implement and execute all other Company's policies and procedures.
10. Overseas the Company's Overall Financial Performance and ensures smooth running of business operations and functions.
11. Responsible for Overall development of the management team to strengthen the growth and viability of company by motivating and providing leadership to managers and senior executives.
12. Promotes the company's mission, vision and its values.
