Managing Director

Job Description:

Cloudmate Pte. Ltd., a cloud infrastructure and managed-services provider, is seeking a Managing Director to lead the company's overall strategic direction, operations, and business growth. This is a hands-on senior leadership role for an executive who can build and run the operational and governance systems of a scaling services business while driving commercial expansion across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set and drive the company's overall business strategy and growth plans

• Oversee day-to-day operations and manage operational matters across the organisation

• Establish and lead process optimisation and standard operating procedures to improve efficiency across teams

• Own key projects end-to-end, from planning through execution and delivery

• Drive development of key accounts and major clients, including relationship building and long-term account growth

• Govern relationships with platform partners, vendors, and suppliers, including commercial terms and performance

• Ensure company compliance with relevant regulatory, statutory, and governance requirements

• Manage budgets, resource planning, and full P&L accountability

• Oversee all company projects, ensuring direction aligns with business goals

• Build and manage the local team, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management

• Represent the company in key business negotiations and strategic partnerships

Requirements:

• With relevant management experience

• Prior experience in a managerial, project leadership, or business development capacity

• Experience in key account management, client relationship development, or business growth initiatives

• Familiarity with corporate governance, compliance, and operational risk management

• Strong understanding of project management and day-to-day operations, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
