Job Description

The Managing Director / CEO will be responsible for providing overall strategic leadership, driving business growth, and ensuring operational excellence across all our restaurant outlets. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the food and beverage sector, proven management skills, and the ability to lead a team toward achieving long-term business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability.
  • Develop and implement business plans, budgets, and growth strategies.
  • Manage and lead senior management teams, fostering a culture of teamwork and performance.
  • Monitor financial performance, analyze results, and take corrective actions when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health regulations, and company policies.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, investors, partners, and regulatory authorities.
  • Identify new business opportunities, including expansion, partnerships, and brand development.
  • Promote the company's vision, mission, and values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in senior management or executive leadership within the food & beverage, hospitality, or retail sector.
  • Strong financial and business acumen.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple outlets and lead diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of Japanese and Korean cuisine or F&B operations is an added advantage.
  • Results-driven with a track record of achieving business growth.
